Launching Audiology in an established Specsavers business from October 2026

After years of planning, we are excited to announce that Audiology is ready to launch in Geraldton. With a well‑established and successful Specsavers Optometry business already serving the local community, we’re now seeking a local Audiology professional to introduce and lead Audiology services from October 2026.

• Comprehensive 2.5‑week induction covering clinical standards and business management
• Full business and administrative support, including payroll, marketing, IT, accounts payable, and supply chain
• Ongoing business, clinical, and professional guidance from a dedicated Support Office
• Proven systems that allow you to focus on your customers and clinical excellence

Remuneration & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary $100,000–$110,000 + super
• Monthly profit share once the business is profitable
• Long‑term share value in the business you build
• 5 weeks annual leave + birthday leave
• Two free pairs of glasses per year

About You

• Hold (or be eligible to hold) a Qualified Practitioner number and full membership with Audiology Australia or ACAud
• Have 2+ years’ post‑QP clinical experience
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills
• Be motivated to help shape the future of hearing care through clinical excellence and transparency
