About the role:

As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.

In this role, you’ll be working across our stores Cairns Earlville and Smithfield, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.

Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers the flexibility to work either Full Time or Part Time 4 days per week, supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.

We’re proud to offer a highly competitive salary package of $100,000–$110,000 plus super, complemented by a generous performance bonus designed to recognise your impact and reward your success. Eligible candidates can also take advantage of a one‑off sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000, making this an outstanding opportunity for the right clinician.

Skills & Experience

In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;

  • Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
