No one has been immune from the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many businesses have been forced to close with some States having to endure longer and repetitive lockdowns.
But during this time, Specsavers as a provider of health services is fortunate to remain ‘Open for Care’ to provide ongoing support to local communities facing lockdowns.
Open communication and trust have been essential for everyone during this time. Our support office team have supported our partners and staff to ensure everyone has been informed – every step of the way and we’ve been firm on our commitment to protect our customers, partners and staff.
We’ve established enhanced COVID-19 protocols and each of our stores follow all government health and safety advice – to do our bit in helping to reduce the risk and stop the spread of COVID-19.
Craig Steel, Audiology partner at our Greensborough and Heidelberg stores in Victoria says:
“With all the uncertainty around COVID-19, Specsavers has provided my business with timely and clear guidance on how to operate as effectively and safely as possible. Being in partnership with Specsavers also gives me and my customers, the certainty we will get through this together and thrive on the other side.”
We’re incredibly fortunate to have such a strong, financially resilient business. Our business model ensures that we can care for our customers, support our people, and support our Partners through this difficult time and beyond.
Even though times are challenging, we want you to know that we’re still here for you. Our team are available to answer all your questions about partnership and employment at Specsavers – whether you are ready now or in the future.
