Specsavers Audiology opens 80th store

Specsavers Audiology has celebrated another milestone store opening, with the 80th location in its network officially launching at the end of January.

Specsavers Audiology Ipswich will be operated by partner Anna-Marie Marais, the 47th Audiology partner to join Specsavers.

The store is located about 45km southwest of Brisbane and commenced trading on Thursday, January 31.

Specsavers Audiology Executive Director and General Manager Darrel Magna said the opening was a positive sign for the year ahead.

“Each new store we open provides another community in Australia access to affordable hearing care,” he said.

“I am delighted that so early into 2019 we have opened this milestone store and I look forward to the day we are in every store across Australia.

“For the time being we are focused on expanding our network, attracting more partners and ensuring more Australians receive the clinical assistance and hearing care products they require to live their lives.

“Congratulations to Anna-Marie and I wish her every success.”
