Loretta Brown celebrates growth during her three-year partnership

Since becoming a Specsavers audiology partner, Loretta Brown, Specsavers Audiology partner at Highpoint and Moonee Ponds – has enjoyed watching her business grow. Even with the hard work, the rewards are well worth it.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Specsavers over the last three years. There has undoubtedly been many challenges, but the outcomes are far more rewarding.
“My milestones have been employing an audiology assistant, being involved in the concept store at Highpoint, building the business from day one, and of course, the happy customers,” adds Loretta.
Loretta has seen the implementation of various support strategies – including the rollout of audiology assistants, to provide support to the partner as the business grows. This frees up the partners time spent on administrative tasks, and allows them to spend more time with their customers.
While celebrating three years as a Specsavers partner, Loretta has already set her sights on the next three years.
‘My future goal is to continue growing the business by having both stores operating full time. Also, I hope to employ an audiologist to help in both stores and focus on career development for the audiology assistant to progress to clinic manager,” says Loretta.
Loretta values the support she receives from the Specsavers support team, which has made her journey as a business owner even more rewarding.
“The Specsavers team have been there every step of the way across operations, professional services, and marketing.
The Audiology Regional Manager has also been very supportive, especially during COVID lockdowns. They continue to help me keep my business going,” says Loretta.
Loretta’s message to audiology professionals considering a Specsavers partnership is simple: “Being a Specsavers partner is a great opportunity. There’s a lot of hard work, but over time the rewards will come.
“I’m happy that I made the decision to join Specsavers Audiology. The best part is being able to offer great products to my customers at an affordable price,” adds Loretta.
