  • You’ll operate your business within a Specsavers optical store – in a purpose-built, sound-treated room complete with all the equipment you need at your fingertips.  
  • You’ll operate as a separate registered company, be paid a salary from your business entity and receive a share of your business’ profits.
     
  • You’ll never be given any product-related KPIs or sales targets – it’s your business, and we empower you to make your own clinical decisions.
     
  • It’s your business and we will help you achieve goals – whether that’s starting small, opening a second or a third business, or even taking on employed audiology professionals to work for you, you’re in charge of what comes next.
