Rollout Plans  …we are planning to introduce audiology to 60 additional optical stores in 2021. 
we currently have 109 partners across 171 locations 


Open Pricing  …we believe in fair, transparent pricing that is accessible to all Australians, all the time  …we publish our prices in-store, in our advertising, and on our website. Visit our website to see for yourself.
Product Range  …we have our own-branded ‘Advance’ product range, manufactured by the household names of our industry.  …our ‘Advance’ product range offer the latest technology and is not locked. We also supply a full range of branded and we never set sales targets or product-related KPIs. 
Support Services  …Specsavers Audiology is a franchise business, allowing audiology professionals to profit from their own hard work and build an asset for the future.  …all our audiology businesses have a total support package covering everything from professional development and software systems to back-end business support and marketing. 
Partner Salaries  …all our joint venture partners receive a market-rate salary for the lifetime of their agreement.  audiologist partners earn $100,000 plus super and audiometrist partners earn $90,000 plus super.  
Clinical Independence  …our business is a volume model that aims to look after the needs of as many people as possible, every day  …we never compromise on time with customers. Appointments are set to provide one hour for assessments and 45-minutes for fittings. 
Optical Referrals  …every Specsavers Audiology business operates out of Specsavers Optical locations.  …every Specsavers optical customer over the age of 40 will be offered a free hearing screen. Since we launched 3 years ago, we’ve already screened over 1 million Australians for hearing loss 
Business Model  …audiology partners own the profit-earning shares in their Specsavers Audiology business.  …the optical store partners do not own any audiology business shares. 
Track Record  …Specsavers has built a market-leading optical business since 2008 on a platform of clinical excellence and great value.  …we now have more than 344 Australian stores which collectively service thousands of Australians each week
